All PGDC Annual Meeting registrations must be completed on-line. Payments include credit card, cheque or money order.

Registration fee: $375.00/person
Registration fee includes:
- Member Recommending Committee(s) report
- Tuesday - nutrition breaks, lunch & evening reception
- Wednesday - full buffet breakfast, plenary session, lunch, nutrition breaks
- Thursday - full buffet breakfast, nutrition break

- If you will be paying for more than one registrant with the same payment, be sure to add the additional registration information in the section

- Once you have completed the on-line form, you will have a choice of paying on-line or off-line.
- With the on-line registration, all of your credit card information will be entered on the secure site, and once submitted your official receipt will be emailed to you.
- If you prefer to pay off-line (by cheque or money order), follow the instructions on the form for printing the
off-line payment page and mail your payment to:

- Your receipt will be emailed to you after payment is received by the PGDC Event Coordinator.

Media Personnel are welcome to attend but must register in advance and receive approval from a recommending committee. Please contact Charlene Wieler at: charlene@pgdc.ca for details.
If you would like to ONLY attend the Plenary Session on Wednesday, February 23, this option is also available on the on-line registration process. The fee is $50.00/person (includes session and lunch).
