Registration

The Prairie Grain Development Committee organizes their Annual Meeting to facilitate scientific discussion and communication of research priorities for the improvement of the prairie grain sector, and to exchange information relevant to the development of improved cultivars of grain crops for the western Canadian prairies.

 

2026 PGDC Annual Meeting
 

Registration will open for members and designated ex-officio only on December 8th, 2025. A unique code will be provided to access tickets at this time.

General registration will open for all on January 5th, 2026. Registration will close at the end of the business day, February 20th, 2026, or once hotel capacity has been reached.

New guests are welcome to register in advance of obtaining approval from the PGDC Executive. Please be aware that new guest attendance will be vetted to ensure relevance to each of the Prairie Recommending Committees and Subcommittees (Wheat, Rye and Triticale; Oat and Barley; Pulse and Special Crops; and Oilseeds).

  • Regular Registration: $600.00/person + $40.34 Service Provider Fee

    Registration provides attendees with the program in its entirety, including the reception and the plenary, as well as the meals and health breaks as indicated on the agenda.

All registered guests are encouraged to attend the Tuesday evening (March 3rd, 2026) Reception, which is included with the registration fee. Additional Reception tickets can be purchased by inquiring with Angela Brackenreed.

Please note that we do not accept walk-up registrations or payment made outside of the registration platform. Registration is operated online only, through eventbrite.
